Default KLN89 Display Problem

Hello -

The top row of pixels are out in our KLN-89B. Can you change out the
displays on those like a KX-155, or is there more to it than that? TIA,

Yes, but the cost is higher than buying a used one on E-bay. Consider a
KLN-94?
