Default Start of the Decline of Al Qaeda??

In either case it's a good indicator that Al Qaeda, while certainly not
to be ruled out as a potential threat, is suffering more difficulties
than previously believed.

IMO,Al Queda ,like every other terrorist organization,is a proxy of a
govermental intel agency, they are used and dumped when they are no longer
needed.

Of course they're having their difficulties. Don't you think they'd crash a
jetliner into the Pentagon every day if they could? The fact that they haven't
since 9/11/2001 is a measure of their difficulties.

Which government intel agency? The last time I looked, nobody was claiming him.

They are having no difficulties. Since in 1993 they tried
to blow it up, not hijack it.

And they obviously have no problems finding RPGs.
