Up here in the frozen North (Alaska) the pilot slang for IFR is "I Follow
Railroad" or "I Follow Rivers"...Many fly sans Navaids, radars, or
radios...Being as there is only one railroad that makes it easy. Rivers are
a bit more complicated but with a good Rand-McNally Atlas its quite
doable...
