Default L39 Albatros

A few years ago an L39 Albatros crashed at Frederick airport MD.
Anyone have more info on this?

I met an owner of an L39 based at FDK while out flying over there.
I'm wondering if it is the same guy.

The only report at that airport in the NTSB database seems to be for a
Cessna..

I remember it happening (the L39 going down) and that it was a fatal.

I'll see if I can find an L39 group and ask over there.
