Default Driving to Pinckneyville...again

With 11+ hours into flight test and a week to
go, it's clear I'll be driving to Pinckneyville
again. So...if anyone needs a ride into town
you've got one. Just add coffee.

On the positive side, flight tests, such as they
are, are going well. Held down by a ceiling last
weekend I put the wheel pants on and did an airspeed
cal. Only numbers left for the airworthiness cert
are climb speeds - I have them, but need to verify
them. Then comes accelerated stalls, then spins,
followed by aerobatic demonstrations for the op lims.

Then come the workups for the ferry flight to its (and
my) new home in southern California.

And to Jim Weir, I think I forgot to thank you for your
advice, so publically, thanks for the help.

Dave 'any further west I'm gonna need floats' Hyde
