Default LX-1000

Frederic,

I have an LX-1000 push/pull unit in my Open Cirrus.
I have, once, taken this to pieces.
It has two long, hypodermic-type, needles inside which,
I would imagine, are specifically factory fitted for
the particular sailplane's performance.
If you ever take the beast apart, do not stick the
needle(s) into your finger (as I did !).
The blood blocks the perishing thing up solid & is
the very devil to unblock.
My unit works fine after my attentions.

Stan.
UK.
