You have to remove all paint from the affected area, remove the
corrosion (Aluminum Jelly works), thoroughly clean the area, including
degrease, Alodyne (optional), prime with self-etching primer, repaint to
match.

Get a HARD copy of 43.13 and do it correctly and understand what and why
you are doing it.
It will be the best $20.00 you will ever spend as an aircraft owner.

The January, 1991 issue of Light Plane Maintenance had a good article on
Filiform Corrosion.
