Default Something on forthcoming Russia's big military exercise

This year
strategic exercise will be on smaller scale than that of 1982, but the
biggest one since that time.

What, *three* bombers?

How can they spare them at the height of the Russian crop spraying season ?

Hmm. 25 years ago would be 1979. 1982 is only 22 years. What other
'facts' aren't straight?

Who had a bet on the missiles sinking?

LOL

"Russian media have billed the exercises as the largest show of military muscle
in more than 20 years with numerous missile launches and flights by strategic
bombers."

Sounds like they pulled a muscle instead.

This was, after all NOT the largest show of military muscle in more than 20
years - it was the largest RUSSIAN show. Big difference. Sounds like the
annual Miramar Airshow is more spectacular than this grand "exercise".

reputable museum, don't take them with you when you're gone.

This is not really a problem. When Russia goes to war, it will only fire
nukes at targets that do not require the missile to fly more than 90 seconds
of flight time.

Nahh, Chechnya is further away than that

The exercise was originally billed as an anti-terrorist exercise no?
