Default PTI Paints from Aircraft Spruce

I just had a very bad experience with a can of PTI enamel
"exclusively" from Aircraft Spruce.

There was only enough propellant in the can to cover 1 square foot of
surface. There is still a vast majority of the product in the can.
This is absolutely horrible quality for the cost of these "specialty"
products.

Anyone else have this problem? Just in case this is not a "one off"
defect, I am curious to hear if anyone else has had problems with PTI
products.

Although they have crappy nozzles, I am going to stick with the tried
and true Tempo product for touch ups...
