Days after bombing Yorkshire, the American air force has staged a
low-level dogfight over a Leicestershire village, scattering residents
who thought "war had broken out".

Some inhabitants of Great Glen, Leics, were forced to hide from the
noise as F15 jets carried out combat routines above them for three
hours.

The incident came days after an F15 from the same base, RAF
Lakenheath, Suffolk, - home to the USAF's 48th Fighter Wing -
mistakenly dropped a 25...
