Default Unused plans question

Is there a place where unused plans or plans wanted can be posted? It
seems there are hundreds of sets of plans sold for each plane actually
built. Where are all those unused plans ending up? Are they like the
sets I have in a box down in the basement for the last 20 years?

Ebay has some plans available but not the one I am looking for. Is there
a website where it works like Ebay but you can post for items wanted
instead of items for sale?

Just seeing if I can find a set of plans for a Woody's Pusher for less
than the $85 at the VULA website.

Bernadette
