Default Fuel Unporting

Hello all!

I have an infrequent problem with my Acrosport 2 that I can't seem to
solve. Sometimes during rolls, inverted flight and some times spins
the engine will quit. I always get it to start right back up after a
few seconds. It seems like I usually have to change my throttle
setting to get it to start again but that might just be a timing
coincidence. I put a new flop tube in the tank late last year and
started flying with my aux fuel pump always on and I thought I had it
fixed. But then I was flying with a friend last week with a little
less than 1/2 a tank and it quit twice on me. The fuel system seems
clean.

System: Inverted 13" flop tube system, 25 gallon tank, no header
tank, Christian inverted oil system, Bendix fuel injector.

Do you guys always fly with full fuel?

Is unporting somewhat common on flop tube systems?

Anything else I am missing?

Thanks a million!
Bob
