WINCH TRAINING WEEK AT BERMUDA HIGH SOARING IN SOUTH CAROLINA

This is going to be fun! We have recruited two of the most winch
qualified instructors from as far south as Florida to as far north as
Vermont! Yep, Jim Gager from Florida and Rick Sheppe from Vermont
have graciously agreed to join Bermuda High for a week of winching!
Frank Reid as the resident FAA Flight Examiner welcomes two
enthusiastic CFIGs to help him get the winch week up and running with
wire flyers! It could be you on the wire. Mark your calendars for the
week of November 9th through November 13th for an exciting week to fly
the wire. What better to do but glide in November? Tom Robinson will
be the winch driver. We look forward to having you all here. It only
takes one day of your time, but you can stay as long as you like. The
cost is $200 This entitles you to a morning briefing , involves
approximately 6 to 8 dual flights, you will be taught all aspects of
the winch operation, so plan on spending the day and helping in the
procedures. Even if you are already checked out on winch launching,
