Default Buyers market! Vref and NAAA

Greetings!!!

Buyers market now!!!! DON'T pay over Vref or NAAA for your airplane
purchase! HOLD tight! HOLD TIGHT!!!

If you pay to much, When you go to sell the 'creampuff' that you
had to sink thousands of $$$$ finding out that it was a flying clap
trap YOU are going to be the one taking it in the SHORTS make the
current SELLER take the LOSS not YOU!

They PAID to much from day one and are looking for a SUCKER to pawn it
off on!!! (YOU)

I am NOT a troll! I am providing EDUCATION to my fellow purchasers!
the ones saying that I am a TROLL do NOT want you to ask the questions
I have been pointing out to you!

Don't be STUPID and fall in love with a paint job or interior, or
radios!

DON'T FALL for the TOP 'overhaul line' !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DON'T FALL for the low hour engine overhaul done by Fred the A & P
ASK if the Acessories we're done ALSO!!!!!!!!! ( the Mags,
Carb,alternator, Vac pump Muffler, etc,etc,)

Don't fall for a JUNK JUNK JUNK JUNK JUNK overhaul : the lower
section done but the seller USED the old cylinders sent out for
repair (overhaul??) instead of brand NEW factory fresh ( with
warranty) cylinders installed!!!!

The cost between overhauling the existing cylinders (that have been
recycled / overhauled three or four times is not much more than
installing brand NEW factory fresh cylinders with WARRANTY !

But looking for a SUCKER to unload the 'creampuff' on to the seller
will SAVE for himself about a grand or MORE then want TOP DOLLAR
credit for the JUNK overhaul!

You will be changing cylinders in short order with that type of
'overhaul' ASK ANY repuitable engine shop to see if I am bull
shi*ting you!!

All it takes is a phone call to ANY engine shop for the TRUTH!

Watch for worn out baffeles, worn out gyros, instrument panel
shockmounts, LOOK under the instrument panel to see the wiring is it
orderly or a RATS NEST! make Sure any old wiring from past avionics
installs have been REMOVED and not ty wraped up!!!

check to see how old the Hoses (all of them) are behind the instrument
panel! the flexible fuel lines& cross feed lines, , You will find
in 99% of the airplanes with owners DEMANDING top dollar the hoses are
all ORIGINAL!! .............and they want TOP DOLLAR for YOU to have
to replace$$$$$$ them!

Vref and NAAA takes all of the above into account! and henceforth the
values.

If you find an airplane with the above done ( total refirb) then by ALL
means pay the top dollar it's worth every penny it!

If not ONLY Vref and NAAA not one penny more! because YOU will be
the one paying to have the above done....GET IT!

To the sellers I am a TROLL to the purchasers I am an educator!
DON'T GET SCREWED!
