If you were to say WHICH man on WHAT subject, your mail might be
understandable.

Why not respond to the thread in question and you may get the desired
effect. As it stands, with no cross-references, it is hard to determine
what request you are referring to...

Thats true Tim, but I suspect whatever the thread,
he doesn't want comments from Idiots who think they
know something.

Would you accept stupid comments from rather well educated individuals?
Just checking.

P.S. Your expectations of the people on Usenet are really too high. :-)

You're just asking for it! Most of the people here hang around waiting for
people like you!

How do we know what is good information? If it comes only from people with
experience and who can write more than one sentence, then we are all in
trouble.

In 1900, no one had flown a powered aircraft. Many people who could write
the best, wrote that people could never fly. They had centuries of proof to
back them up.

And, the Wright Bros. had never flown a powered aircraft, so they would not
have been a good source of information.

In the end, any information you get must be evaluated by you to see if it is
useful. That test may be more important than the credentials of the person
giving advice.

Sorry guys for mixup made by this server because my comment was to be
a part of the post right below: "Importing a used glider from Europe".
I guess when you type anything in Subject window your comment becomes
a new post, maybe it is automatic.
