Default Field Approval Based Upon A STC!

Hello,

I want to remover the right door off my Cessna 150M for some photo work I
found an STC for the 150 150 A-B need to know how to go about getting a
Field Approval Based upon that STC for my 150M. Could Someone write up a
sample 337 or give some advice to what I need to submit to the faa for the
field approval.

Check the type certificate data sheet or the manual for flight with the
door removed.
It was my impression that most cessnas were approved to fly with the
door removed.

AC105-2c has a list of aircraft which can fly with one door removed and
the C150 is included in the list.
