Default oudie/s80 question

I just got these two instruments and have been bench testing at home. The baud rates are properly set, and the s80 gets gps from the oudie, but about every ten seconds the s80 drops the signal and flashes no data very briefly, then picks it back up. Very consistent timing. Is this normal? It is kind of distracting.

Good morning or good evening depending upon your location. I want to ask you the most important question of your life. Your joy or sorrow for all eternity depends upon your answer. The question is: Are you saved? It is not a question of how good Excelsior Home Built 0 April 22nd 05 01:11 AM
