CalAmp is a leading provider of comprehensive breakthrough
communications access and content delivery solutions, services, and
products.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance
Engineer in the San Diego, CA area.

Description:
The ideal candidate will be willing to learn about, adapt to, and
implement Quality Systems within the context of project engagement(s).
Key components of the Quality System a Reqirements development, test
planning, hardware and software configuration management, test
execution and reporting. This individual must be a self-starter and be
able to take a QA lead role on a project. The successful candidate
will be interfacing with other QA engineers, hardware and software
developers, project managers, and customers.

Experience:

=B7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
=B7 Candidate must be comfortable interacting with customers and be
confident discussing quality issues.
=B7 Candidate must have experience with embedded systems: Windows CE
and Linux board support package, device driver and application
verification.
=B7 In addition, candidate must have experience with IP networks,
802.11 MAC device drivers, Access Point infrastructure.
=B7 Exp. w/ FDA, MDD, FCC, ISO 13485 a plus.
