Another of those unreliable AC engines stalled on approach
probably my favorite was a video posted a few years ago of a Delta IV
launch Vehicle exploding spectacularly a few seconds after liftoff... And you hear the announcer very calmly respond "We have an anomaly with the launch vehicle" as fiery debris begins the rain down...
