If you or any other posters to a.c.f believe copyright theft is
happening, your only legal recourse is to contact the owners of said
copyrights and alert them to the suspected activity. It is then up to
them to take legal action, if any.

No amount of posting to Usenet groups can ever substitute for legal
actions by the alleged copyright victims.

Yes, quite true. Any third party is just a bystander even if he is as
noisy as a megaphone.

A third party has no recourse to law for civil damages claimable by a
second party on the first.

Hummingbird is squawking a pathetic message to freeware authors:

"I hate those Pricelessware people and you should take
out a law suit against them because I think you ought to".

Who cares.

You obviously don't, Franklin, because you are mad and should be locked
away. You have nothing of value to add to this newsgroup or any other
newsgroup, or any other forum on the Internet.

You are a complete waste of skin.

Hummingbird, if any freeware author listened to you they would end up
pursuing imaginary rights which don't exist and they would end up
looking foolish and broke.

Why encourage that?

Hello Stubbins, where is Jeff Lin Ton, Franklin's imaginary cousin.

I think you ought to know that your previous comments have sent
Franklin into a tailspin. He is so upset by them that he's vowed to
get even with you.

..just saying.
