Default Strategies for dealing with spam?

Seems like this idiot posting things for sale that always has his name
starting with A but everything else the same has taken over the group.

Anyone got a strategy for filtering his crap out, so no time is wasted on
it?

I have to admit that it is starting to **** me off! :-)
