I don't understand this fascination with photographing airliners
overseas. What's the point?

So what? Many people like airplanes. And it might have something to do with
the fact that the USA has much more aircraft than anywhere else. What the
**** is wrong with you anyway?

The airliner is obviously taking off since partial (takeoff) flaps are set and
the service carts are still full of cocktails.
