Default Paul "Ace" Chase and 8th TFS Reunion

Vietnam era F-4 guys got anyone interested. The 8th Black Sheep guys are now
flying F-117s.

*******
Blacksheep,

Some sad news; Paul Chase passed away on Tuesday June 24th. I have
included an email from Les Prichard, a mutual friend. Jon Davis, Ed DiBello
and I plan to attend the memorial and post memorial wake on Monday, June
30th. If you would like to attend, please let me know and I'll email you
the details.

Jon Davis tells me some weren't able to open the reunion schedule. I
am resending it in several formats and including it in this email. The
files included are Word, JPG, Lotus 123 and excel. If none of those work
email Jon Davis and he can fax it to you or work something else out

The Yellow pumpkin pointed out, the hotel reservation drop dead date
is July 31st. Jon Davis will see if they won't give us another couple of
weeks.

We are up to 38 and expect we will have at least 50+ attend. I will
see if some of the Stealth Sheep can join us. I would really like the
current 8th Squadron Commander, "Tooms" Toomey to tell us about the "first
bomb" on Baghdad.

Paul

From Les Prichard on Paul Chase:

Just got phone call & talked to Barb Chase to confirm very sad news that
Paul "Ace" Chase took
his last flight last night. Details: He took Barb to airport yesterday, then
went to play tennis - chest
pains, tennis friend took him to VA, inconclusive tests, feeling fine &
friend left as they were planning to keep him over night. Barb had
gotten
several calls during this time. She called hosp.
this AM to find out he had checked out late last night & went home. No
answer there, so
step-daughter went over & found him on floor.

"Well done, Ace, Be thou at peace." Les Prichard
