First flight of the Schleicher ASG 29
Yesterday (Nov 9th) the new ASG 29 had its first flight. The ASG 29 is
Schleicher's new 15m/18m flapped ship with sustainer engine as an option. L/D is 52:1 for the 18m version. More details can be found he http://www.alexander-schleicher.de The English site has not been updated yet with first flight info (as of this morning), go to the German site for photos and more. Markus looks great are they going to send it out to Australia this summer I
