Default correction to strike protection

Apologies to the BGA for attributing to them, the suggestion of inserting
non conducting sections in a control rod.
Apparently this came from Schleicher, who have probably rethought the idea
as being unhelpful.
Yes , non conducting complete control rods will help, unless you
have a carbon spar.
