On-Line Poll: Ban flights over New York?
ABC News is doing an on-line poll right now, asking whether "Planes
should be allowed so close to the New York skyline." The results are appallingly bad -- like three to one in FAVOR of banning all flights near New York! Although this is far from a scientific poll, it might not hurt if we all weighed in he http://abcnews.go.com/ (You'll have to hunt around a bit to find the NY Plane Crash story, now that the "Lady killing her babies" story has jumped to #1...) :-( -- Jay Honeck Iowa City, IA Pathfinder N56993 www.AlexisParkInn.com "Your Aviation Destination" |

On-Line Poll: Ban flights over New York?
click on the #2 under the two little kids that are the subject of the
top story. There is a subheading for vote under there. It is like 750 (against) flights to 250 right now. In fact, I'd be in favor of that one! ;-) The stupidity of this is incredible. I'll bet that in the time it takes to finish this poll, within Manhattan there will be more murders, accidental deaths to pedestrians, and suicides than GA kills in a year. Neil |

Then to the results when I tried it a second time. I guess we can't vote twice like in Chicago! Matt |
