Getting back to the original question, keep your eyes open, and you'l come
across a set. I purchased an unused set of VP-2 plans last year for $10 (I
paid the shipping). I was really just interested in looking at them, not
building them. I found another link for a scanned set, so I downloaded them.
A few weeks later, I saw a posting here from someone looking for a set. I
sold them to him for $10 plus shipping (another $4 I think).

Check barnstormers and ebay too.
