Default 180 pilots and 12 planes

Acording to this website, Gemini Air Cargo has 180 pilots employed, but
only 12 planes in their fleet. Is this typical? That seems like a TON
of people for so very few planes...

At the old PanAm, we staffed 6 crews per airplane. That did not include
management and training pilots.

I believe Gemini is still running older 747s, which means at the numbers
given they're staffed at 5 crews per aircraft. I've flown for people that
staffed a bit tighter, but 5 crews/airplane is not unusual at all.
