Why cant you operate out of a Class B airport? Fletcher Aviation at
Houston, Hobby Airport (HOU), in Texas operates a part 61 and 141
training operation. Not ALL class B airports have a prohibition against
student pilot operations. The solo endorsement requirement does stand
however.
