Could anyone direct me to a source for plans, technical literature, or other
info on this aircraft for the purpose of building an RC model? I have contacted the manufacturer.

You will find 3-view drawings, etc. in the recently-published "Sailplanes 1965-2000" by Martin Simons. It can be purchased on-line from the National Soaring Museum, www.soaringmuseum.org.
