Default F.S: Dornier DO28 B-1 aircraft

We have 8 of these aircraft for sale. They were manufactured between
1965 and 1971 and were in service until Feb. 2005. Located in Israel,
they can be restored for flight or used for spare parts. The aircraft
are supplied with standard radio and navigation equipment, and there is
a limited number of spare parts available; for this reason the
prospective purchaser would be advised to consider acquiring more than
one aircraft. All flight and maintenance manuals are included.

Write to for prices, photos and spec sheets.

Nice pic - interesting design. I'd like to see one up close.

This one looks like a much larger plane than the others - 2nd pic from
bottom.

Default Dornier DO28 B-1 aircraft

Dornier built two completely different airplanes with the same
designation:

"The Do 28 Skyservant was the second aircraft to bear the Do 28
designation, but is similar only in overall configuration to the first
Do 28.

Dornier's original Do 28 first flew in 1959 and was a twin engined
development of the high wing single engine Do 27 utility. The Do 28
Skyservant first flew on February 23 1966, and while it retained the
earlier Do 28's high wing and unique side mounted engine configuration,
was a completely new aircraft"

Gamish seems to be selling the larger of the two.

I've flown them in the islands. We had the original green canvas bench-type
seats along the walls of the cabin. The type is a fairly docile taildragger.
It's like a 10 seat Super Cub. The only drawback was the geared engines
costing a buck or two for overhaul and a limited parts supply for airframe
items.
