Awesome with underlying map capability! What will the temporal resolution ultimately be? Seems about one refresh every 5min now.

The "red channel" visible 0.64micro 0.5km resolution is the highest available and shown in this tiled web server rendition. However, update frequency will vary between 1 and 5 minutes when operational. Exactly how we'll get public access to this imagery remains to be seen. Google GOES-R or GOES-16 for more info.
