Udo,

Are you talking about surgery for the person who tries to blow out by mouth
or for the glider using compressed air? ;-)

Of course if you use compressed air you have to be careful how much pressure
you apply.

Jim- painful surgery is on glider to get to where you have to reattach
hose you have just blown off fitting you can't get to.
Sorry for being too cryptic
