Default Upgrading System

Need some opinions:

Upgrading my ssystem from a PIII 800 to:

PIV 3.06
DDR 333 Ram 512 mb
Asus P4P800 mother board

Now the vidio card I am thinking of is the GeoForce IV Ti4700.

Do you think this is a good card?

Also will Squakbox box now run with Direc x 9 when FS2004 comes out?

Thinking also of updrading to Windows XP PRO

Any comments would be appreciated.

I've never heard of a GeoForce 4700. What brand is it?
