Yeah, saw that when the story broke (was it yesterday, I think?)...

Incident happened while one of them was still on the ground, taxiing
for takeoff or something.

Even though they were powered planes, its a good reminder that "see
and avoid" needs to be taken seriously - all the way to the end of
your landing rollout!

Just because you're no longer thermalling (or you're established in
the landing pattern) doesn't mean you stop your visual scan!
