Default Instrument Rating Foreign Pilot

Since he holds a Canadian ATP, he can take the USA knowledge
and practical tests and get the USA ATP.

that will vary

to do the same

certificate
| issued on the basis of my Canadian license. It was way
more trouble
| than it was worth. So I just retook the private pilot
checkride, and
| then the IR checkride.
