Who is Otis Willie and…
Why can't he refrain from flooding this group with his posts? I've
emailed him several times (politely and respectfully, I thought) and requested that maybe he combine posts, so that he doesn't flood the board, but he doesn't even have the courtesy to answer. No, "hi, thanks, f*** you," nothing. This is almost as bad as the spam we get here. Well, maybe worse since there's so MUCH of it…

Otis Willie is one of several "Nomes de web" for Phil Coleman who is not
highly regarded in the military circles he claims to represent.
