Default Atlas 2AS Launch tonight from Cape Canaveral AFS

At 5:14pm EDT (2114z) Range Control announced on 157.1 that the Atlas 2AS
will launch in about 40 minutes. The window is from 5:52pm to 8:46pm though.
At 5:24pm, Cape Control announded a launch time of 2222z. But is it common
for "holds" to delay the count.
