Racing Survey and 500 foot rule
I just submitted my survey (hey, I've got a couple of days to spare).
I recommended that the 500 foot finish rule (the question regarding this rule just asked whether you or not you supported it) be modified to a less Draconian version. My version is a penalty of a point per foot (come in at 400 feet and you get a 100 point penalty). Anyone who agrees with me can still change their survey before the deadline. Tom
