Default CH yoke and peddals?

how well does the CH yoke and their peddals with the toe brakes simulate REAL
FLIGHT. Im thinking about getting some for FS2004. The only thing I dont like
about the yoke, is the throttle is right behind the middle of the yoke (in the
3 lever version) is it hard to fly and adjust the throttle, prop and mixture @
the same time. And do the rudder pedals slider fore and aft and pivot for
brake? Is the hat switch on the right of the yoke an issuse, becase in real
life, you fly with your left and leave you right hand free for throtle.
Thanx
