Default LS10 News

Contrary to the statement in the Aerokurier LS10 article, the LS10 will be
build as a 15M/18M glider.
We had many calls regarding this and I confirmed with Volker Halbe ( DG
director of sales) this morning !

Ed,

I had to ReRead that sentence in the story when i first saw it. It
seems to have been translated from German to English. My
understanding was that they may have once planned "15/18m" version AND
a "15m only" version, but now are only considering the "15/18"
version.
But this is just how I read an obsolete translated third party
document...

So then it will be available in 2006?

Ed,

How about some info about:

How many current orders with deposits does the factory have? What will be
the production rate the factory will deliver those orders? What is the
deposit required? If an order is received today, what is expected delivery
date? Will the deposit be refunded when delivery is not met?

Or just giving Ed a call? If you are thinking about a new, $100K glider,
I strongly urge you to TALK directly to the dealers! RAS and email
aren't the place to get the kind of info you need.
