Actually, the law specifically applies to people with
legitimate access to that information, and IIRC there is an
exemption for members of the press.

That being said, I think the phrase, "He should be horse
whipped" applies.

He knew that Plame was an operative, and not an analyst,
his prior writings make a clear distinction between the two.

However, the person who linked it should be put in jail,
preferably in a small room with a 6'4" tall 350 pound bald man
named Bubba, who's greets him with, "You my wife now."

As well it should be...I absolutely hate that, I think it should
have a mandatory sentence of a couple years as noted above.
