JC.. it looks like this RICO is not a Vario Company...

I don't think they make Electronic Vario's for gliders any more.. we can't
get parts for ours..

You can contact the manufacturer, Redwood Instruments Co, Inc in the
United States, their phone number 360-446-2860. . Thier web address
is:
http://www.medibix.com/company.jsp?company_id=35921

I provided this info for someone last month and he said the company
would send him a manual for his Rico.

It is the correct address. Pete and Eunice Newgard operate RICO. I used to
fly with them in California/Nevada. They are great people and I would bet
that they will help out glider pilots even if they no longer manufacture
varios.

Medical equipment is more profitable... 8-)

Hi Berry,
Unfortunately in my club not there are M100 or M200.
Creed also that in Italy those are little that still
fly.
The Italian pilots are vitiate and they do not love
to fly with gliders
that
are not of plastic.
Often these gliders are more diffuse in France and
Germany that we give.
A copy of M200 was conserved here to Turin near an
aeronautical school,
but
in 1994 it has been damaged from a alluvium.
Hour a group of gets passionate is trying to you to
restore it.
I know that the M200 never was not constructed in series
in Italy. But it came realized on licence in France
with the name Fhoén. The factory wasCARMAN.
Near the Polytechnic of Turin already other gliders
of Morelli plan are conserved like the Cvt-2 Veltro,
the Cvt-4 Strale, the M-100, the M-l00S
and the M-300.
Many pilots of my club are teaching to the polytechnic.
I can see if they have of the material available on
the gliders of Morelli.
You I would be much pleasing one for the copy of the
manual.
If you have the possibility to send it for email you
can make it near my office here
or my house

Unfortunately I do not succeed in repplicare in private
to yours mail.
I fear that a traditional shipment is expensive and
want to avoid too many disturbs to you.
Best regards, Fulvio

I have a manual in English and will be glad to copy
and mail to you.

Does your club still have any M-100's or M-200's flying
there? They are
interesting and unique gliders, especially the M-200.
I owned an M-200
for a while. One of only two in North America. It
was sold back to a
previous owner in Virginia and is flying there. I
was lucky enough to
get to speak with Dr. Morelli about the glider when
he was in the U.S.
for the SSA convention a few years ago.

Post or email your address and I'll send a copy of
the manual.
