do i need a IA or AP to sign off on a Slick mag change out on one side?

Just the P will do. No need of an IA for a simple replacement. I'm

Thanks guys! the guy who Removed & Replaced the left mag is an AP not
IA and the new Slick mag was the same part number but not sure about being on a list. I should check since the guy who wants to buy it back is a FSDO safety inspector. '48 C-140
