Default Apollo 820 GPS memory card?

Anybody have any idea what type of flash memory card is used by the old
Apollo Flybuddy 820 GPS and if there is any source to find a card
reader/programmer for one that I could connect to a PC and read/write
the contents? It looks to be roughly the same size as a standard PC
Card, but it's not. It's about half the thickness, and has a single row
of 50 card edge connector contacts on one side only.

I've searched the web thoroughly and can find no electronic part
references for it at all. Is it some kind of a unique proprietary
design that deliberately kept under wraps?
