Workshop Practice - New Updated 2020 Edition

After its initial success in 2016, VSA’s English translation of Hans Jacobs’ sailplane building classic Werkstattpraxis is now available again since February 2020. The first printing of Workshop Practice was sold out after a year and a half and its continued demand inspired VSA to publish a second printing.

This revised printing features an expanded addendum with more information on plywood types and standards, and especially the reasons for selecting particular grades. Several clarifications are introduced to Chapter VII to make reading and component assembly easier and more understandable. Overall, the revised printing should be easier to use by people wanting a clearer understanding of how the old planes were built, and how to repair them. Workshop Practice is also a useful reference on how to build many styles of vintage airplanes.

A new green cover color helps differentiate the new book from its earlier printing.
