I think you're backpeddaling, Yawn. My argument, along with others, is
in regards to whom should be certifying records and why. Cheats like
Jim Campbell, supported by your arguments, could claim just about
anything without the FAI or the NAA around.

In fact, it's clear that's exactly what he's trying to pull...claim
records in categories that don't even exist except in the mind of a
legend in his own mind.

Nice try, Yawn...but this time, you backpeddaled into your own sword
and just lost the argument. You should have stuck with what you didn't
know...LOL!

By yawn's "logic" if you write down (somewhere, anywhere) that you
have set a record then you have. That means campbell can write he flew a
B-17D to 50 kilofeet it's a record, true or not, since it has been recorded.

Sorry to hear you're so pitifully misinformed. XPrize Cup Mojave. Bring

Why? Can't you afford to pay for your own rides?

Well, moron, sorry you missed the first launches, and as for the X
Prize Cup, Rutan wasn't launching so it wasn't worth the Editorial.

Yawn spewed:

Doesn't take a genius to get the picture from your postings.

Well, at least you'll admit you're not a genius. Nor literate. Nor
much of a reader...

Yawn puked:

making a note: Mark here goes ape**** when someone reminds him of his
aviation "experience".

Not really...I was just laughing that you claim to be a journalist, but
here you are making comments without any research, just you or Jimbo as
the "authorities," and I wonder how you get away with calling
yourselves Journalists when you don't check your facts, you often twist
the facts, or you just downright lie. Like I said, have your boyfriend
produce his DD 214...let's see him take real pride in the fact that
he's a "Vietnam Veteran" if that be the truth...or let him take the
fall in the eyes of a nation full of Vietnam Veterans who did serve.

Let's also see him produce his logbooks to back up the claims made by
the RRL.

Further, let's have him explain his Aviation experiences as a pilot for
Japan Air Lines on Boeing 747s. Or the news article in my possession
and I believe ~ also posted on the internet ~ where he practiced
medicine without a license, prescribed pills illegally to a young woman
under his "care," and oh, how about Cerritos!?

And by GOD!!! I want his opinion on how "Ultralight" tastes!

Then, I want you to explain why a ****bird such as yourself works for
and defends an individual such as this...with all the documentation of
his thirty years of misconduct and criminal misconduct posted here on
the internet. SERIOUS criminal misconduct.

Because Yawn, quite frankly, you have no excuse. He has no excuse.
You're both a couple of scumbags and you deserve what you're both
ultimately, going to get.

Yawn weakly tried to parry:

Remember Mark, running an aviation picture web site doesn't count as
aviation experience.

We don't offer it up as Aviation Experience. If you want Aviation
Experience, you look to our backgrounds. That's the foundation of
knowledge on which we report. "Picture Websites" which are coming, are
referred to as "Photojournalism," and I would think that such a "Noble
Journalist" as yourself would know that. Unfortunately, you are not
noble, neither is Jim Campbell, nor is Aero-News.Net. You're all a
pack of two-faced hypocrites, particularly when it comes to attacking
veterans, then praising them in the same breath in your ignoble rag.

I don't think you know where you even stand on Veterans Issues, other
than if it serves you to praise them, you will for profit; if it
doesn't, you'll give guys like Dan, a retired Air Force Colonel, a hard
time here at this newsgroup.

I'm really looking forward to our first meeting. You, Jim and I...how
about that!? Are you both, by chance, familiar with the term, "Ambush
Journalism?" Ever watched Sixty Minutes, or did it have too many
pictures for you, too!?

At ILIPS Group, we're reporting news and disseminating information. If
you could read, you would know that. Thus, we have those pictures
there just for you! I'm sorry the type is so small these days, but you
of all people should know what a hellatious job it is to take
children's building blocks, and have to spell things out for you with
them. They just don't fit in the computer like they used to! Remember
when computers were big, Yawn (?)...oh, hell...look who I'm asking!
Those were before his time, little toddler that he is with his small,
toy, jet.

Besides...no one can see the pictures at Jimbo's website...and did you
miss the Red Bull article out of Australia by our correspondent there,
or Fleet Week by one of our Correspondents in California? Or how about
the F-35 story we put up in Press Release format from Lockheed? Ol'
Jimbo was backpeddaling this morning because we got that story out
before him. The only problem is, it's a PRESS RELEASE! There's no
scoop in a Press Release! What's he crying about!? He didn't get
scooped...Lockheed had the information up at their website before all
of us!

But the spy touch was cute: did you come up with some building blocks
so he could make up that "spy!?"

"WFAA-7 reports several hundred people turned out to witness the
aircraft takeoff from the Lockheed Martin facility. Accompanied by two
F-16s flying trail, the F-35's first flight is expected to last about
an hour."

"WFAA-7!?" Oh, give me a ****ing break! And what an outrageously poor
choice of acronym. We all know what FAA stands for. Hey Yawn! Does
the "W" stand for "WE!?" "We ****ed Another Aviator -7!"

Well, nice to know that the staff at Aero-News.Scam "read" us...sort
of, at least in your case. Tell them to stay tuned...we'll have some
major news ~ possibly even with pictures ~ coming soon in regards to
Jimbo the Rocket Clown and his friends. Going to be caustic to say the
least.

In one of the stories, seems Jimbo tried to cover up for his fraud in
Advertising one of his old rags, using inflated circulation figures.
When he got caught by a customer, he tried to turn the tables and take
attention off himself by accusing the customer of poor quality and
breach of contract with a few customers, and a few (hundred) other
libelous insinuations. However, the figures still stand as Jimbo
published in hard copy at that time...and Jimbo's screwd the pooch as a
result.

Then there's the Federal Perjury. Then, the Secret Service
allegations...I hear they scared him real bad! Then, stalking his wife
and fiance, then leaving a message on an answering machine after more
than half a dozen threatening messages, in which this degenerate,
domestic terrorist, whistles the theme to "Dragnet."

No wonder they call HIM psycho boy...I'm wondering what they say behind
your back for defending him so...that is, the SANE staff at Aero-News,
who should know better than to be working for Campbell.

And your name isn't even on the masthead anymore. You know what a
masthead is, right!? Has noting to do with Jim's puny member, unless
of course, you're trying to get your name on the masthead again.
That's why I figure you're hear...you ****ed him off and have to do
something spectacular on his behalf to defend him...so you can get back
on the masthead.

Unbelievable!

Hope you get around to the other websites we have online or coming up
online...hate to think you couldn't read your way past "one." Or had
to call up and borrow a line from Jim Campbell to even know whom I am
or that I have newsites and E-zines.

But that's not what matters...all that matters is that we know who you
and Jim are, what you are, what you've been up to, how each of you
profit on lies and fraud, and how you're going down in the end.

No pun intended...well, maybe.

Like Campbell, Jaun is a legend in his own mind. He honestly believes
his pathetic replies are effective and someone actually believes
anything he says. He is about as worthless as a flea on an elephants
butt. Quit responding to the fool and just ignore him like you would
any other stupid moron. He is a total waste of your time and efforts.

I think all of you should write Campbell a thank you note for all of the
entertainment he has provided even if it is indirectly. As a
rec.aviation.homebuilt NG this sounds more like grade school bashing
practice. I wish there could be interesting aviation related interchanges
that focussed on a technical issue that attracted this much attention.

__________________________________________________ __________________________
___

A commercially rated pilot, Campbell has earned Flight instructor

Ratings
(CFI/A/I/ME/H) in fixed and rotary wing aircraft, and logged over 17,000

flight
hours in over 1100 different ultralights, jets, multi-engine A/C,

helicopters,
gyroplanes, autogyros, sailplanes, seaplanes, kit aircraft and general

aviation
birds.
Among Campbell's many other lofty accomplishments are his 1981

Ultralight World
Record High Altitude flight to 21,210 feet over Lakehurst, New Jersey;

flying on
behalf of President Ronald Reagan as an airshow pilot during the 1981-82

Air and
Space Bicentennial; several years of film and TV aviation stunt work;

his 1981
Ultralight Flight Across America; 17 published books in the aviation

field (with
three more in the works for '06-'07); the first aviation journalist to

solo and
evaluate the awesome Russian Sukhoi SU-26 and SU-31, the FEW P-51

Mustang, the
Unlimited 10-300 and many other high performance aircraft. Jim was also

the
first fly-writer to sample and document the intriguing capabilities of

the BD-10
Jet, the Glasair III, the Van's RV-6 and dozens of other pivotal

aircraft.

Now, what I would like to see are his extensive logbooks documenting
all this ****, and from there, his certificates; plus the Police Report
on his getting shot in the leg saving the little girl, the NTSB report
that mentions Campbell coming forward as a witness to them in the
Cerritos Air Disaster, beyond Time Magazine, etc., etc., etc.

I remember when I brought up the fact this bio ~ and this is the third
rendition of a bio put up by/about/written by Campbell ~ indicated that
Campbell had test flown AND evaluated something like 1100 aircraft from
the age of thirteen. I questioned, editorially, "Who cares what a
thirteen year old's evaluation of an aircraft is?" In California, at
the time Campbell was thirteen, you had to be sixteen to get a license.
The RRL removed the bio, kept it dormant, then the changes were made
to the subsequent bio. "Test flown OR evaluated...la la la la la..."

The RRL, as it is, is nothing more than a fraud. Fraud has been
associated with a number of the people in it, including

1) the CEO, Granger Whitelaw, over the Amber Alert Portal issue in
Arizona;
2) Anousheh Ansari, accused with her husband Amid, of Insider Trading
in a stock issue in Massachusetts;
3) Mike Houghton, of the Reno Air Racing Association, whose fraud has
been documented at my websites, but more importantly, at the RARA site
www.airrace.org, which has finally pronounced (2006) itself as an
"Invitational, Entertainment Event" versus an open to all, Motorsports
competition, along with the fact he uses strong arm tactics and thugs
to get his way in Reno, and has Racketeering connections to corrupt in
Law Enforcement and business in the area;
4) his (Campbell's) good buddy, the Great and Magnificent Diamandis (OZ
~ the humbug), who despite the fact that he and his rocket scientists
can only "envision" (L.A. Daily News) that folks might see the Rocket
Racers at altitude because of the exhaust flame, and don't for sure
(!), know one way or the other, and whom, along with Whitelaw, think
they're going to change the face of Air Racing, despite having to place
limiters on the engine throttles to keep the aircraft from coming apart
in the hands of an agressive pilot, and who claim "Rocket Racers"
though the competitions will be conducted after the engines are off and
the racers in glide, sure make the concept of Rocket Racing as a
legitimate and viable sport Highly Questionable, especially when their
racers will max out at 300 mph and Unlimited Air Racing is currently
capable of speeds in the 500 mph lap venue; and then
5) Campbell, with a thirty year documented history of mental illness
and criminal misconduct that includes stalking, harassment, domestic
terrorism directed against fiance and ex-wife; impersonating a doctor;
prescribing medicines without a license; impersonating a Japan Air
Lines Boeing 747 pilot; trying to catch ultralights in his teeth
(Statue of Liberty, New York, with picture no less...); false
accusations against people he's worked with at Challenge publications;
allegations of making false statements to the Secret Service regarding
an alleged threat against the President by one of his enemies; his
Federal perjury which resulted in the temporary shut down of over 60 of
my websites, something which he will soon have to owe up to, hopefully
along with a stay in a Federal Penitentiary; his selling out as a
"Journalist;" his failure to abide by Journalistic Rules of Conduct and
Ethics; and on and on it goes with this clown, and the FAA and Law
Enforcement so far, have done virtually nothing about him. They take
away his license, then give it back to him, though he's diagnosed as a
schizophrenic by his Grandfather, a legitimate doctor.

His mental condition is known by the FAA and the NTSB and they give him
a license that no one else possessing his absolutely insane, if not
inane, mentality, would get ~ particularly when it comes to their own
Air Traffic Controllers! And then pilots are supposed to have a higher
medical standard then ATC!?

And then trying to profit personally on the blood of the victims of the
Cerritos/Aeromexico air disaster with his Time Magazine pronounciations
of Pull UP! Pull Up! For God's Sake Pull up!

His day is coming, mark my words on that. The government can carry him
around on their backs like a sacred cow all they want ~ especially a
sacred cow whose one religious belief they have in him surrounds him
giving them good press and his readers believing it as "Gospel" ~ but
enough exposure in the Press and in the Courts, and his downfall will
be just as hard and tragic as he will make it to be.

Hopefully, he won't be taking out an airliner full of people with him!

This individual shouldn't be flying; he shouldn't be in Journalism; he
should be institutionalized, preferably, in a Federal Penitentiary, and
anyone aiding and abetting his current existence in Journalism or
Aviation, should be sent there along with him as an Accessory to his
crimes. Especially, his good buddies at the FAA, Aero News and the
RRL.

Period.

Vietnam Veteran...bull...according to the paperwork I have, which is
nothing new on the internet, he didn't last half a year in the Air
Force. The Air Force won't release information on him nor why he was
discharged so quickly. Hey Campbell...let's see your DD Form 214
public, to include your RE code, moron!

Campbell reminds me of the Leonardo DiCaprio character from "Catch Me
If You Can." Only, he has nothing to offer that isn't already known as
fraud and criminal misconduct that the FAA and the Law could outsmart,
if they merely wanted to. Are prisons are full of people like him. I
say, make room for one more!!!

In fact, considering the conditions of the French Prison that held
DiCaprio's character, I say send him to a French prison. Get his stink
out of America, American Journalism and American Aerospace!

And as for Diamandis making a Rocket Racer out of this clown ~ I think
that holds up as the greatest proof of Diamandis' fraud, putting a
mental defective in the cockpit of a rocket powered plane in close
proximity to potentially hundreds of thousands of people on the
ground...

Diamandis annoints, and so be it! Someone needs to check the pilot
selection criteria at RRL and X Prize, for that matter, and the medical
requirements to be a Rocket Racer...they're getting a very dangerous
start from the Government, whose head is turned away from such a sore
subject as James R. "Captain Zoom" Cambell.

Delicate isn't the word I'd use. Cowards...that's a more correct word
and determination.

The way Yawn talks, I'd figure he's want a face to face confrontation.
He won't be hard to find...all I have to do is look for Campbell, check
his crotch, and Yawn will be there.

As for Campbell, he definitely has to be cornered. He's a "scaredy
cat," always has been and will ~ I believe ~ wilter like Evangelist Jim
Bakker when faced with what I've got coming for him. He'll be under
the table crying, trying on dresses, makeup, anything to look insane.

Unfortunately, he's not insane. He's had thirty years to get medical
help and has apparently avoided it, since his conduct after thirty
years is unchanged. He likes being "Mentally Ill," and figures it will
be an out at Court time if he ever gets caught.

Wrong. Mental Illness is not an excuse for crime. It might mitigate
punishment, it might be a reason for the crime, but it's no excuse, not
out of an individual who has had thirty years to get help, and more
importantly, knows "money" and has money as his motive. Money over
vengeance, even. That greed of his shows intelligence in the face of
his illness, therefore, the Courts and Prosecution will ask:

Why wasn't Jim Campbell smart enough, over a thirty year period, after
the encounters he has had with doctors; knowing his condition and
acknowledging it in court; even his family knowing his condition and
urging him to seek help; and, even as a fraud, here's Campbell still
able to run several large organizations despite his "illness..."

....why wasn't Jim Campbell smart enough to go get himself some help and
capitalize on his potential for success, if he would merely just get
some help.

Fact is, he was and is right now. Thirty years of failure to seek help
are going to be his ultimate downfall.

Insanity defense is hard to prove and mostly ignored by Courts and
Juries. Especially, where murder is not involved, but greed is. Lust
for power is. Gloryhounding is.

Campbell doesn't stand a chance. But I've got plenty on him and more
coming and I am well within time limits thanks to New Discovery.
Thanks to Campbell himself and the folks here at RAH documenting the
"Rocket Clown's" misbehavior all these years.

Those aiding and abetting Campbell are whom I'm most concerned
about...their crimes are significantly greater, because they are in
their right minds and are using this mental defective for their own
greedy purposes, manipulating him towards their own ends as they are
superior thinkers to him. He loves to be told he's a great guy...he
loves the bennies and perks...they'll tell him he's a "great guy,"
knowing, it's not true, and rather, knowing that he's a sick individual
committing crimes, but they're going to get something from him in the
end, so the "ends justifies the means."

They care less about his health than he does. They are not his true
friends.

They're the ones that should really pay, above and beyond what Campbell
must pay for, and I learned a whole helluva lot about one of them
tonight.

I was told there was a party, it was in Yawn's mouth, and everybody was
coming. How true, because boy did he spew afterwards!

And when he did, he gave away a lot about himself, his boss, Aero-News
and those they associate with.

Weak. And that's what I needed to know, though I gleaned a whole
helluva lot more just by letting him spew.

The next few months are going to be ineresting, not only in Journalism,
but in Law.

And Jimbo's time is running out...

Not tonight, Stuart. In this case, this topic was a specially thrown
party. There's other Aviation topics though listed with this group
that you could visit with those aviation related interchanges that you
seek. They came with my Newsgroup letter. 25 topics. This was only
one. If you would like, I can post the links to the other 24 and get
you back on track. Your call...let me know.

As for thank you notes to Campbell, you'll have to take that up with
the lives and reputations he destroys just entertaining himself. Your
point is noted, but again, this was a special event here.
