Also try http://www.matronics.com/searching/ws_script_short.cgi
Select the AeroElectric list to search, and LED Position lights for
the search string.

The underlying question, though, it what is it you're really trying to
do? LED lights are possible, but much more expensive and MUCH more
work than other ways. If you just want good, cheap, working lights on
an airplane that will fly in the forseeable future, we can give you
sources for those too.

OTOH, if you really want to tinker with LEDs, go for it and let us
know how it turns out.
