Default Lark IS28B2 brake

I believe there is a disc brake modification kit available from Wings and
Wheels at about $1200US. That seems hard to justify given that it is about
7% of the resale price of the glider.

I just decided not to aim the monster at anything I want to keep.

We have a 2 seat Lark and the brake is marginal at best. Does anyone
know of an "off the shelf" replacement say a disc brake? We seem to
have problems with the shaft rusting and then the cam not turning. I
really don't want to take it apart every few weeks to clean it up.

Thanks

Kurt
