Default Anybody have VB skills for aviation weather?

Hi folks!

Just wondering if anyone thinks it is possible to retrieve enroute
winds and metar/taf information using Visual Basic?

I have a MS Excel flight planner that I think would do well if I could
get current weather into.

Writing from Canada, by the way.

Thanks!
Craig
